Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of DineWithUs, a Bizzfo (Pty) Ltd product.

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Bizzfo website and services by Bizzfo (Pty) Ltd, 9 Muscadelle Street, Somerset West, 7140, South Africa. By using our website/services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on this website and on the DineWithUs and Wigza Book platforms — including the restaurant directory and listings, text, descriptions, reviews and ratings, graphics, logos, photographs, page layout, and the selection, compilation, and arrangement of all data — is owned by or licensed to Bizzfo (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Material supplied by a restaurant remains that restaurant's property and is used under licence. You may view, cache, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download (other than transient caching by your browser), distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any content, and you may not download or reuse any images, without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability, integrity, or accessibility, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity. You must not use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, or otherwise process data in breach of these terms or of any other party's rights.

4. Automated Access, Crawling & Data Extraction

Except for indexing by recognised search engines acting in accordance with our robots.txt, you may not access, monitor, index, copy, aggregate, or extract any part of this website or its underlying data by automated means. In particular, without our prior written consent you must not:

  • use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, bot, script, headless browser, offline reader, browser extension, or other automated or manual process to access, read, harvest, scrape, index, or copy the website, its content, or any restaurant data;
  • extract, compile, store, or reproduce our restaurant listings, contact details, availability, reviews, ratings, images, or any other data — in whole or in part — including to build, train, or populate any database, dataset, or a competing or derivative product or service;
  • frame, mirror, or deep-link to the website in a manner that misrepresents its origin, or circumvent, disable, or interfere with any rate-limiting, caching, access-control, or security measure; or
  • overload, disrupt, or impair our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.

We reserve the right to monitor for, throttle, block, and pursue legal remedies against automated or unauthorised access. Unauthorised access to, interception of, or interference with our systems or data may constitute an offence under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and unauthorised copying of our content may infringe our rights under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and the common law.
